Welcome to Single MOMM Family Camp!

We would love to have you and your family join us in a
peaceful setting for this fun-filled, relaxing, and encouraging time.

If this is your first time considering signing up for one of our camps,
let us tell you how we all feel when we drive into camp:

As you slowly drive down the long, peaceful driveway, it seems like the chaos and cares of this world start to slip away. Friend faces await you at sign-in, and helping hands are ready to lift bags, help you settle in, and ensure your cabin is safe and cozy. The surrounding woods, fields, and water seem to say – “you belong here, you can exhale here, and it’s time to relax and play.”

In this space, you will be able to nurture your family while being nurtured yourself. Throughout the three nights and four days there will be opportunities to spend time playing together as a family, engaging with other families who share similarities to yours, have small group times with other women while children are cared for by staff, circle up around a campfire, hit the waterfront, sip a hot drink with a personal mentor, and even take a nap.

Single MOMM deeply values growing families closer together, closer to community, and closer to God. The camps we partner with are passionately seeking the heart of God and provide an environment where the truth of God’s great love ignites unimaginable growth. While at camp, you will experience the Word of God through messages, prayer, and worship. Single MOMM is non-denominational.

Single MOMM family camp is an experience of belonging. We were created to belong in God’s family and with each other.  No matter where you have come from or what you are experiencing in life, we would love to do life with you!

You do not need to share our Christian beliefs to attend camp. Everyone is welcomed that would like to explore the heart of God. This camp is designed through the lens of Christianity; we ask that all those attending fully participate in all the programming.

All the reasons SM Family Camp is right for your family:

  • From sun-up to sun-down, our camps are uniquely designed for single mom families.

  • We get it. No, really, we have lived it! The camp is led by those who have walked in the shoes of single motherhood and the adult children they have raised.

  • Whether learning new ways to communicate around the dinner table or learning a new game, our family activities are designed to be enjoyed and then taken home to strengthen our families all year long.

  • Each day, there is a mom time where we pull away from our kids and spend time being encouraged by God’s Word and each other.

  • A hot tea, cocoa, or coffee awaits you each morning, delivered in a mug made just for you!

  • A camp library for you and your kids to select books to enjoy and take home.

  • Epic adventures for your kids abound. A team of cool counselors joins us to play flag football, build cardboard forts, slide down huge slip and slides, go on nature walks, spend time hanging out on the patio, and lead our kids in every other imaginable crazy camp activity you can think of.

  • For itty-bitty kids, we have specialized activities and helpers to make life a little easier on mom and to put big smiles on their faces.

  • Camp is 3 nights and 4 days, because longer than that, everyone gets cranky (plus for all of us working moms, we get a day back at home to catch up on laundry before re-entering normal life).

  • The price of camp is offset by church partners.

  • We partner with Michigan camps that provide waterfront activities, amazing meals, and great accommodations. It allows us to bring programming just right for our families and the camp to do what they do best: create amazing places for great memory-making.

  • Camp doesn’t end on the last day. Single MOMM is a community that does life together. After camp, you will be invited to gatherings, events, and mentorship.
