Join Single MOMM for our first-ever Holland/Zeeland fundraiser, an opportunity to experience our new space inside City on a Hill, hear the heart behind our mission, and see the impact firsthand. Over the past two years, with the support of the Community Foundation of Holland/Zeeland and a handful of generous donors, we’ve created a place where single moms feel known, supported, and reminded they’re not alone, a place where connection turns into hope. This evening is a chance to celebrate what’s been started and be part of what’s next.

Attire

As our event name suggests, you can dress business casual with jeans or elevate your look — yes, pearls are welcome! The venue will be temperature controlled and you will be walking outside as part of the immersive experience. In case of rain, we've got you covered.

Parking is available onsite at Venue Blue on Discovery Pier and across the street. Parking attendants will be present to guide you upon arrival.

Dinner

Heavy appetizers, provided by Catering by Kelly’s, will be served roaming style. Our servers will come to you as you explore the simulation. Immediately following the program there will be lite-bite desserts and live music.

What do we mean by “an immersive experience”?

Great question — so glad you asked! In true Single MOMM style, you’ll step into an economic simulation and navigate life as if you were a single mom. The realities of single motherhood are economically unique, and this hands-on experience will help you feel the challenges, decisions, and trade-offs single moms face every day. It’s learning you can touch — eye-opening, humbling, and unforgettable.

Are you an introvert? Don't worry you won't be called on. This is something you will walk through and experience with others alongside you.
