Kate and her four children were bankrupt and abandoned, living in a one room loft.

Mary and her one year old son were seeking support during a reconciliation period with her ex-husband, a recovering alcoholic.

Lynda was struggling to find good and affordable childcare at night so she could work her second job.

Erika was seeking prayer and support to walk through the fear of doing life "alone".

Maggie needed education and support to reenter the workforce after twelve years of being a stay at home mom.

Lydia needs support as she grieves and deals with her nine year-old daughter’s fight with cancer and her husband’s abandonment.

Single Mom Ministry is able to meet the needs of single moms because we have been there, we know the fear and worry that can seem overwhelming at times. We know that each single mom faces obstacles and challenges as they seek to provide for their families and we know the feeling of being alone. ABOUT US

The United States leads the world in fatherless families, with roughly 24 million children living in homes where the father does not reside. Single MOMM is a Christian interdenominational nonprofit that is reaching out to these fatherless families. We stand beside these women with love, support, mentorship, and the truth of God’s word.


4 FOLD PURPOSE

We exist to aid single moms and their children through the following ways:

1. Give single moms emotional and spiritual support through activity based programs, one on one discipleship counseling and home visits.

2. Educate single moms through faith-based programming, counseling and professional consultations.

3. Provide single moms with referrals to faith-based, non-governmental and governmental-aid organizations.

4. To consult with churches, communities and faith-based organizations about the needs of single moms and ways in which they can aid single moms and their children.

Single Mom Ministry ministers to single moms, supporting their roles as single mothers through faith-based programming, counseling and professional consultations. We don't distinquish between divorced, separated, widowed or never-married single moms. All single moms need a little extra help sometimes.
